Eligibility Criteria

Department of Physiotherapy:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT): 4 Years/ 8 Semesters
  • Diploma in Physiotherapy (DPT): 2 Years / 4 Semesters

Department of Laboratory Technology:

  • Bachelor of Laboratory Technology (B.sc MLT): 3 Years / 6 Semesters
  • Diploma in Laboratory Technology (DMLT): 2 Years / 4 Semesters
  • Male, Female & 3rd Gender candidates can take admission
  • Minimum qualification HSSLC (10+2) standard or its equivalent in Science stream with minimum 40 % marks in aggregate in PCB/PCM from a recognized Board/ council / university. Relaxation of 5% of marks for ST/SC & OBC candidates.
  • The minimum age for admission is 17 years as or 31st December of the admission year and maximum of 25 years as on 31st December of the same year.
Selection & Admission Procedure:
  • The Eligible candidates shall have to undergo J.B. Eligibility Entrance Test (JBEET) before admission.
  • The selection will be strictly on Merit Basis based on aggregate in PCB/PCM & Entrance test.
  • The candidates who have more than 65% and above in PCB/PCM can directly take admission.
  • The Candidate shall be fit both physically and mentally (Produce Medical Certificate)
  • Forms & prospectus can be obtained in person from the College office on payment of Rs 500 (Five Hundred) only. Alternatively students can also apply online at www.jbcohs.in
  • Admission for NRI/Foreigner Nationals will be made as per norms laid down by rule and regulations of HRD Govt. of India.
Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission:
  • Age proof certificate (Admit card of class 10th standard.)
  • Mark sheet & pass certificate of class 10th / HSLC standard.
  • Mark sheet & pass certificate of class 12th / HSSLC Standard.
  • Caste certificate if belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ Categories.
  • Pass port size colored photograph 8 copies.
  • P.R.C (Permanent Residential Certificate) if available.
  • Migration Certificate in original.
  • Current Medical Fitness Certificate.
GENERAL RULES
  • Students are expected to use manner full and polite language and behalf with decorum with the Faculty members and other office staffs of the Institutions.
  • Students shall avoid using any insulting, inciting, threatening to fellow students, any type of Ragging, instigating, and abstain from all type of Violence.
  • Students shall not talk and behalf outside the Institutions in such a manner which may carry bad impression or disrepute to the Institutions.
  • Students shall be regular and punctual in attending classes and all other activities related to the Institutions.
  • Gathering in groups at roads, entrance, exit, and pathways and any type of strike is strictly prohibited in side the Campus.
  • The Campus is “No Tobacco Zone” So, Consumption of any type of tobacco products are strictly banned inside the Institutions.
  • During the first half an hour of the Class, No student is allowed to go outside the Class.
  • Any students who drop out/ Discontinue the course after admission for any reasons shall be liable to bear the entire course fee for the whole two/three/four years period.
  • Fee once paid is not refundable and adjustable under any circumstances.
  • The above fee may be revised at any time at the discretion of the Institutions.
  • The students are advised to collect cash receipt from the reception counter.
